Joining Ticketmaster in 2010, he has driven the company’s growth into the world’s biggest ticketing company with operations across 35+ countries. Under his leadership, Ticketmaster continues to innovate in ticketing, creating seamless connections between fans and live events.

Fan wallet
The Fan Wallet digital ticketing app allows event organizer and venues to control ticket exchanges and combat illegal resale. For fans, the app allows them to easily store their tickets and manage transfers in accordance with the ticket issuance conditions.

Resale
Reselling with Ticketmaster allows producers to counter illegal resellers and provide fans with completely secure exchanges, while maintaining control over the pricing policy. The service is integrated into the new version of the interactive seating plan and meets the requirements of European financial regulations.

Collaborative ticketing management
With this new innovation in the Trium ticketing software, venues can manage access rights allowing collaborative management of the event with the producer.

Collector TicketTM
Since 2014, this innovation has been a success with fans. The souvenir ticket invented by Ticketmaster in France was then deployed internationally and won the Ticketing Technology Award in Dublin in 2016.
2008-2010
Launch of Trium and RTI
The new ticketing solution developed by Ticketnet brings many business innovations and offers producers more control over their tours. The Real Time Interface allows access to ticket sales to be opened to all players in the ticketing chain: producers, venues, local broadcasters and distributors.
