Drawing on his executive leadership in scaling trusted global technology and commerce, he is leveraging innovative solutions, including AI implementations, to create seamless connections between fans, artists, and the world’s best live entertainment.

Chief Operating Officer

Michael guides the company’s strategic vision and ensures alignment with critical operational objectives, overseeing areas including strategic initiatives and investments, finance, fan support, and human resources. Andrew Parsons

Regional Vice President, EMEA

As Regional Vice President for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Andrew leads strategy across 22 international markets, driving growth and client partnerships. With more than 20 years at Ticketmaster, he brings deep industry expertise, having progressed from customer service through account management and business development. Most recently, he served as UK Managing Director and Regional Vice President for the UK & Ireland.
